Privacy and texting terms

What we collect

When you use the instant quote, you give us your home address, name, mobile number and email, and answers about your roof (its age and why you’re looking). We measure your roof from public Indiana aerial photos and laser-scan data. We also keep a record of when you agreed to our text messages and the exact words you agreed to.

How we use it

• To text you a one-time code that confirms your number.
• To show your price range and book your free inspection.
• To contact you about your roof, if you agreed to that.

Your details go into our customer system so our team can follow up and your field inspector knows about your home before the visit.

We never sell or share your information

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text message consent with other companies for their marketing. We only share information with the service providers that help us run the quote (for example, the company that delivers our text messages), and only so they can do that job.

Text message terms

• Who texts you: Indy Roof & Restoration, from (317) 676-4257.
• What we send: your one-time code, your appointment details and, if you checked the box, messages about your roof such as a reminder about your saved price.
• How often: message frequency varies, usually only a few messages about your quote and appointment.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Stop anytime: reply STOP to stop texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (317) 886-7436.
• Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
